  1. Who. PostEvo is a private tool run by its owner (EVO CEO) for their own social media accounts. Contact: postevomail@gmail.com.
  2. What data. When the owner connects an account, PostEvo receives from the platform an access token and, where offered, a refresh token. It also receives the basic account identifiers that the platform returns, such as the account, page or channel ID and the granted permissions. It does not collect data about other people, followers or viewers.
  3. What for. The data is used only to upload and publish the owner's videos to the owner's accounts, and to check the status of those uploads.
  4. Where it is stored. Encrypted, in a database on a computer or private server controlled by the owner. Nothing is sold, shared or sent to third parties other than the destination platform's API.
  5. How long. Until the owner disconnects the account or deletes PostEvo's data.
  6. Data deletion. To delete all data PostEvo holds for an account, you can do either of these:
    • Revoke PostEvo's access in the platform's settings: Facebook and Instagram, Google, or in the TikTok app under Settings → Security → Manage app permissions.
    • Email postevomail@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion”.
    When access is revoked or deletion is requested, the owner removes the account from PostEvo, which deletes its stored tokens, within 30 days.
  7. Cookies. This website sets no cookies and loads nothing from other sites.
